Mayfair Modern

In Bukit Timah, Lite Design Collaborative reimagined a four-bedroom condominium through the lens of mid-century Japanese sensibility. The result is a tranquil and tactile home, layered with quiet detail and considered craftsmanship. One of the bedrooms was transformed into a walk-in wardrobe framed by a Shoji screen that filters light and lends an elegant sense of privacy.

The kitchen unfolds in a refreshed layout, where emerald green subway tiles meet the subtle shimmer of antique glass. Throughout, warmth and restraint coexist in delicate balance. The master suite, set apart from the main living areas, becomes a sanctuary of stillness and repose. Completed in three months, the residence captures the spirit of understated luxury, serene, personal and timeless.
