In the heart of Ang Mo Kio, Lite Design Collaborative was commissioned to reimagine a 1,285 square foot five-room point block apartment for a growing family. The ageing resale flat underwent a complete transformation, a full gut renovation that restored both structure and spirit.

While the home’s core layout remained familiar, the living room was gracefully extended into the former balcony, creating a seamless expanse for connection and light. Every surface and finish was chosen with care, balancing elegance with durability to accommodate the family’s beloved pets. The result is a timeless home where comfort, craft, and consideration coexist. Completed within three months, the residence stands as a thoughtful study in renewal — contemporary yet enduring, refined yet deeply personal.
