In the northeast of Singapore, Lite Design Collaborative reimagined a three-bedroom condominium into a study of quiet simplicity and thoughtful restraint. The design reflects the family’s understated way of living, where every detail is purposeful and composed. At the heart of the home, a feature altar clad in Tundra Grey marble anchors the living area with a sense of calm gravitas. The master suite is defined by a full-length wardrobe that maximizes storage while maintaining an elegant visual rhythm, and a secondary bedroom integrates a raised platform bed with built-in storage to enhance both function and flow. A carefully crafted step conceals additional storage within the joinery, reinforcing the seamless coherence of the space. In the master bathroom, large-format dark tiles introduce contrast and depth, balancing the home’s soft neutrality. Completed in four months, the residence embodies quiet luxury expressed through proportion, materiality, and calm precision.
