YC138

Lite Design Collaborative was commissioned to reimagine a four-room Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) apartment into a sophisticated monochromatic retreat. The design embraces a unified palette, extending seamlessly across walls, floors and ceiling to create a sense of visual continuity and calm.

To accommodate the homeowner’s love for hosting, one of the original bedrooms was removed, allowing the living and dining areas to expand into a fluid, open space that encourages connection. The remaining bedroom was thoughtfully reconfigured to integrate generous wardrobe storage, balancing utility with elegance. Completed in three months, the residence reflects a refined interplay of proportion, tone and texture, resulting in a quiet study in minimalist luxury tailored to contemporary urban living.
