In 2021, Lite Design Collaborative was commissioned to reimagine a resale condominium into a study of form, light, and restraint. The transformation centres on a sculptural curved display in the living area, conceived as both focal point and gesture of quiet expression. Its soft geometry is accentuated by the New Work Tense pendant, chosen for its delicate balance of lightness and structure.

The surrounding interiors were intentionally kept minimal to draw focus to this feature, creating a calm and meditative atmosphere. In the master suite, a custom bay window was crafted to frame the view beyond like a living artwork, introducing a sense of depth and repose. Completed over three months, the residence embodies balance and proportion, offering a timeless expression of contemporary refinement.
