Dawson

Lite Design Collaborative was commissioned to reimagine a high-floor, four-room resale HDB apartment in Dawson for a couple seeking both privacy and spatial harmony. At the entrance, a thoughtfully placed divider wall establishes a sense of arrival, subtly separating the living and dining areas while preserving an open flow of light and air.

A sculpted wall feature anchors the shared spaces, creating a refined visual backdrop that unites the home’s social core. In the private quarters, the master bedroom was gently expanded through the reconfiguration of the adjoining study, offering a greater sense of ease and comfort. Completed over four months, the residence exemplifies Lite Design Collaborative’s signature balance of functionality and restraint, transforming everyday living into an experience of understated elegance.
