BRIEF SUMMARY
Leadership
Participants will gain a greater insight into what leadership is and what it means in project management. This is conducted in the form of discussions and games, to better facilitate the understanding of roles and responsibilities of a leader in this aspect.
Understanding Environment
What is considered our environment? Does it affect how a team works? Or how a leader should lead? Students will gain a deeper insight of environmental scanning and understand how it can be used to their benefit when having to manage a team or a situation.
Organisation Skills
Participants will be provided with a framework on how to organise activities. This framework is based on the simple understanding of the 5Ws and 1H. With this framework, participants will try their hand in planning and organising an activity for their peers. They will also be required to submit an activity and budget proposal before they will be allowed to execute their plans.
Execution / Action Plan
Participants will now get to execute the plans that they have come up with, the games and activities, for their peers. They will then brainstorm and evaluate themselves, on what they have done well and what they can improve on the next time they were to conduct the game/activity.
