Leadership Development Centre (LDC) conducts programmes to develop the leadership potential in students through meaningful activities and invaluable facilitation and reflection. We engage our participants holistically, engaging the mind and body, closing the gap between theoretical approaches and practical situations.

The STAR leadership framework seeks to develop an individual from the inside out, nurturing the individual from the very beginning of understanding the concept of personal goal setting and understanding themselves to building and leading effective teams.
This is achieved through the 5 phases of the leadership road map:
Phase 1: Setting Goals
Phase 2: Understanding Self
Phase 3: Understanding Team
Phase 4: Understanding Environment
Phase 5: Managing Effective Teams
The framework aims to develop essential student leadership skills in three areas for self-sufficiency.
