LDC Pte Ltd (Leadership Development Centre) is a training and development company based in Singapore that specializes in leadership training. We are passionate and dedicated in developing and grooming young leaders to readily take on their roles in the community and the society.

We provide specialized solutions for both budding and existing leaders, through cost effective programmes and value-added services. We will empower them with the necessary attitude, skills and resources to develop their leadership qualities. We work with partners like the Grassroots Organisations, Ministries and Schools to integrate and expedite the leaders’ process towards achieving excellence in leadership.

We aim to:

1. Provide training for budding leaders
2. Provide platforms to develop existing leaders
3. Create a premier organisation that serves as a network to all youth leaders
